Petra Ecclestone steps out with blotchy face

Petra Ecclestone went for a gym trip in West Hollywood recently sporting less than clear skin.

There were a few angry-looking spots on her chin as she made her way to her work out with a friend.

She clearly wasn't wearing much makeup, and had sunglasses on, obscuring much of her face, the Daily Mail reported.

The 23-year-old is the wealthiest heiress in the world, thanks to her father Bernie Ecclestone who is the head of the Formula One Group.

In 2011, his fortune was estimated by the Forbes World's Billionaires List to be 4.2 billion dollars. (ANI)
